Palais Royal - Blowing in the wind

Here they are, Palais Royal's new inflatable condoms!
They are actually part of an exhibition by korean artist Shim Moon Seup...

And here we have the canon of the Palais Royal, supposed to sound on noon every day from 1786 till 1914, but it has been out of order for a very long time now

There is an inscription on it: "Horas non numero nisi serenas" meaning 'I only count the serene hours'. Those times have gone since 1914.

I am Cedric, discoverer of things that would go unnoticed in the streets of Paris, historic haven of fashionistas and city of lights ('lights' as in 'enlightenment', not street lights).
But seriously: I'm an expat from Luxembourg (the country, not the garden), living in the center of Paris (hence 'Paris 2nd arrondissement'), and currenlty studying architectural history...
