Once again, I completely forgot about that marathon thing as I wandered down to the Louvre to find the streets partly sealed off and a bunch of guys in tight shorts running like the wind... then I knew it was marathon day!

Somehow they slightly changed the parcours, so now they're not that close to my street anymore. Maybe that's why I forgot. But then again, I noticed the thick and bright blue line drawn onto rue Rivoli the other day, which guides the runners as they make their way. Maybe I'm studying too hard these days. Must be it...

    I am Cedric, discoverer of things that would go unnoticed in the streets of Paris, historic haven of fashionistas and city of lights ('lights' as in 'enlightenment', not street lights).
