"Infotainment? What the hell are you talking about?"

Out of my Library

I was rearranging my library and came across this book I bought some years ago; a military french phrase book from 1943. I thought it might be quite useful to English people who would want to learn pronounce french in a fast way...
It contains all important words a modern day tourist should know, such as "Where is the nearest tank brigade?", "Can I borrow your machine gun?" and "I think they shot me in the arm"

Oh and apparently there is a nice Chinese version of it, in fashionable Mao-red! I gotta find that!

I am Cedric, discoverer of things that would go unnoticed in the streets of Paris, historic haven of fashionistas and city of lights ('lights' as in 'enlightenment', not street lights).
But seriously: I'm an expat from Luxembourg (the country, not the garden), living in the center of Paris (hence 'Paris 2nd arrondissement'), and currenlty studying architectural history...
