Neu York

Artist Melissa Gould presents on her website an obsessively detailed alternate-history map, imagining how Manhattan might have looked had the Nazis conquered it in World War II.
By erasing all Jewish stars representing synagogues and then removing all the street and location names, replacing them with street and location names taken from actual Berlin maps of the same period, she imposes 1939 Berlin on 1939 Manhattan.

I am Cedric, discoverer of things that would go unnoticed in the streets of Paris, historic haven of fashionistas and city of lights ('lights' as in 'enlightenment', not street lights).
But seriously: I'm an expat from Luxembourg (the country, not the garden), living in the center of Paris (hence 'Paris 2nd arrondissement'), and currenlty studying architectural history...
