Erik discovers the Paris Riverfront

What could be a better way to make someone discover Paris by night than to head down to the quais with a bottle of bubbly wine and watch the boats pass by and see the monuments sparkle like diamonds in their evening illuminations!

First comment?!? Your photos and posts have made another potentially dull day a little more bearable. We're getting 12 inches of snow in Boston today so thanks for sharing something so much better than that.

I am Cedric, discoverer of things that would go unnoticed in the streets of Paris, historic haven of fashionistas and city of lights ('lights' as in 'enlightenment', not street lights).
But seriously: I'm an expat from Luxembourg (the country, not the garden), living in the center of Paris (hence 'Paris 2nd arrondissement'), and currenlty studying architectural history...
