Mythology comes to Life Today

Apparently this morning on the border of Thailand, Cambodia and Burma, a creature was discovered that has the lower body part of a snake and what appears to be the upper part of a humanlike body and head. The creature is being referred to as human snake or monkey snake, and was discovered on the site of an ancient Thai temple by Cambodian soldiers and a Thai monk, which makes this discovery even more amazing from a mythological point of view.

The creature is about the size of a small dog, and his face looks more like a very old monkey with facial hair and very long blonde hair. The upper body seems very weak, and on the video footage it doesnt seem to move much, but sources confirm it is still alive.

If you wish to see the video, try this Thai news site, the only one where the video streamed for me: http://news.mthai.com/general-news/48047.html

    Bonjour! Cedric,
I was trying to think of something very "intelligent" to say, but after viewing that "Mythological" creature all I can say is..."Yikes!"

    Merci, for sharing!...methink!

I am Cedric, discoverer of things that would go unnoticed in the streets of Paris, historic haven of fashionistas and city of lights ('lights' as in 'enlightenment', not street lights).
But seriously: I'm an expat from Luxembourg (the country, not the garden), living in the center of Paris (hence 'Paris 2nd arrondissement'), and currenlty studying architectural history...
