On rue Saint-Florentin close to Concorde is one of the finest traditional Japanese tea parlors and pâtisseries of Paris. Tea time is great if you are able to score a table, and the pastries are ever changing with the seasons of the year.

    I am Cedric, discoverer of things that would go unnoticed in the streets of Paris, historic haven of fashionistas and city of lights ('lights' as in 'enlightenment', not street lights).
