"Infotainment? What the hell are you talking about?"

A New York Moment of Kitsch

A tradition has it that on every NY trip I have to fall prey to one of those gaudy kitschy fake antique stores that you can spot from a mile away due to the glitz and bling bling. The kinda stores Donald Trump and his hair like to go shop, along with all the Russian oligarchs...
It just so happens this particular store is located inside the Waldorf=Astoria Hotel.
O tempora. O mores.

I am Cedric, discoverer of things that would go unnoticed in the streets of Paris, historic haven of fashionistas and city of lights ('lights' as in 'enlightenment', not street lights).
But seriously: I'm an expat from Luxembourg (the country, not the garden), living in the center of Paris (hence 'Paris 2nd arrondissement'), and currenlty studying architectural history...
