PARIS 2e

"Infotainment? What the hell are you talking about?"

Checkpoint Louvre

The best show in town is undisputedly the waiting line at the underground entrance for the Louvre 'compound', where thousands of tourists get a small nostalgic airport impression with the baggage control.
Get a latte at Starbucks and position yourself at the window behind the X-ray machine and observe the passionate and expecting looks of tourists waiting excitedly for their belongings to pass the machine. Keep them coming.
Not really that fascinating you may say, but its better than observing local legless pigeons fight a homeless guy over the last dirty piece of abandoned bigmac in the park...

I am Cedric, discoverer of things that would go unnoticed in the streets of Paris, historic haven of fashionistas and city of lights ('lights' as in 'enlightenment', not street lights).
But seriously: I'm an expat from Luxembourg (the country, not the garden), living in the center of Paris (hence 'Paris 2nd arrondissement'), and currenlty studying architectural history...
