A British university professor is using whoopee cushions to conduct an experiment to find the world's funniest flatulence noise. He has set up a website to help him. Visitors hear 6noises and are asked to grade them depending on how much they make them laugh.
The acoustics professor, who works at Salford University in Manchester, has a long-running interest in the whoopee cushion and up until recently held the record for having the largest one in the world.
If these test results prove themselves to be concluding in any possible kind of way, this might very well be one of the major breakthroughs in science for this 21st century... Kinda makes you marvel at what positively delightful times we live in.
So go visit his website and start the work on those farting noises. And afterwards tell everyone around you that you are assisting a world reknown scientist in a very complex research project.
